Registration Guideline

  1. Join the site
    * Primary E-mail will be used ID when you log in, so please check again carefully.
    ** Your name, affiliation, country information can be used for name tag, which you should hang around neck during the conference.
  2. Log on the site.
  3. Click ‘Online Registration’ tap and fill up the information.
  4. Check Registration Fee, Social Program, Dietary Requirements, and Payment Method.
    * Please check the entire category carefully.
  5. Click ‘Next’ and check your registration information again at review & payment.
  6. If you check Credit Card in payment method category, click ‘Payment’ button and process the payment.
  7. On the other hand, if you check bank transfer, please check the bank account of 'SETAC-AP 2018', and then process the bank transfer.

* Early registrations must be made no later than 16, July 2018. Participants who register before the deadline will benefit from the reduced registration fee.

* Students must provide proof of student status or valid student ID card by attaching student ID card or certificate when registering.

Group Registration

* Group discount is based on 10 or more employees for the conference and will get the 20% of discount from your standard registration fee.(Social program fee isn’t included.) To qualify, all registrants in the group must be employed at the same institution and the same campus. Group discounts are available only after you get the GROUP CODE from SETAC-AP 2018 Secretariat.

To get the group discount, the steps are below.

  • Step 1. All people on the list should create their account individually (NOT online registration yet) on SETAC-AP 2018 Official website www.setac-ap2018.org at first.
  • Step 2. Fill in all list of participants (More than 10 people) and the essential information including ID on THE GROUP REIGISTRATION FORM and send to SETAC-AP 2018 Secretariat (info.setacap2018@gmail.com)
  • Step 3. Once SETAC-AP 2018 Secretariat has confirmed the list, you will be provided the GROUP CODE by email indicated on the list.
  • Step 4. Go to online registration and fill in your GROUP CODE as below picture and then complete your online registration.
    (* All people on the list, must make online registration individually to complete the registration.)

Payment Methods

For overseas Participants

By Credit Card

VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and UnionPay are the only credit cards accepted. Please enter all relevant information on the registration form. It is also imperative that the name of the credit card holder is clearly stated if it differs from the name of the registrant. Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate your payment made to Eximbay.

By Wire Transfer

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to registration fees.
The wire transfer must clearly state the name of the participant, as unidentified wire transfers cannot be processed.
Participants are also requested to send a copy of the bank remittance receipt with their name to the SETAC-AP 2018 secretariat(info.setacap2018@gmail.com).

Confirmation of Registration

Registration will be acknowledged by e-mail within minutes after submitting the online form. Registration forms without appropriate payment will not be honored until full payment is received. We strongly recommend presenting the confirmation letter upon arrival at the onsite pre-registration desks in order to collect your name badge and conference materials in the most efficient manner possible.

If you have not received the official registration confirmation, please check SPAM BOX first.
Sometimes mail account classified confirmation letter as spam mail.
If you couldn’t find confirmation letter even in SPAM BOX, please contact the secretariat at

Invitation Letter for Visa

The SETAC-AP 2018 provide the invitation letter for issuing visa.
For invitation letter, the registrants are required to fill up the information at ‘Visa Information’ page on website.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refunds will be granted to requests received in writing before 31 August, 2018
  • A 50% refund will be given prior to 14 September, 2018
  • No refunds will be granted for requests received after 15 September, 2018
  • All cancellations must be received by email or fax. (Telephone cancellations are not accepted)
